Synergie Australia is seeking an Experienced Project Manager (Store Development) for a contract opportunity based in Hawthorn, VIC.
Join a rapidly growing Australian jewellery brand undergoing significant national expansion.
Working within the Store Development team, you will play a key role in delivering new store openings, coordinating shopfitters and contractors, and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Pay:$***** per hour + SuperLocation: Hawthorn, VICHours:Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00
What you will be required to do:
You will support the delivery of new retail store openings, working closely with internal stakeholders, shopfitters, contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage retail store development and rollout projectsCoordinate shopfitters, contractors and external suppliersOversee store opening timelines and project schedulesConduct regular site visits and maintain a strong onsite presenceEnsure projects are delivered on time and to a high standardLiaise with internal stakeholders across the businessBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors and suppliersIdentify and manage project risks and project milestonesSupport multiple store openings and refurbishment projects
To be successful in the role you will:




Have previous experience managing retail store rollouts or store development projectsDemonstrate experience within retail, hospitality, fit-out or construction environmentsPossess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams, contractors, suppliers and external stakeholdersHave experience working with contractors, builders and shopfittersBe highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyTake a hands-on approach and enjoy working onsiteThrive in a fast-paced and growing business environment

Experience opening new retail storesExposure to national store rollout programsBackground working with recognised retail or hospitality brandsTrade, construction or fit-out project management experience
