Bartender at Hyatt Centric Melbourne

As the Bartender, you will be working within our Food and Beverage team to support the Restaurant Manager and Head Bartender in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of the bar by making Melbourne best tasting cocktails and creating connections with guests.

Some of the responsibilities include:





- Cocktail and beverage production
- Providing personalised and outstanding service to all guests
- Opening, set up and closing of the outlet per shift
- Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manger
- Set, clear and reset designated working areas

About you:

- Experience in a fast-paced environment and working in a bar as a Mixologist is advantageous
- Understanding all aspects of the bar, from changing kegs to shaking cocktails
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- The confidence to promote your own beverage ideas and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, and public holidays
