Join Francis Luzinier, our French Executive Chef with over twenty years culinary experience from around the globe. He has spent many years throughout Europe, Asia and Australia developing his skills and is now focused on creating the next generation of Culinary Leaders. This opportunity is uniquely positioned to work across two sites, and join Francis in his leadership group.

Pullman & ibis Adelaide are just 250 meters apart and combined have over 600 guest rooms.

Pullman is a five-star hotel, with 2 kitchens which look after SALT Restaurant, Executive Club Lounge, In Room Dining and a growing conference and events department.

While this role is primarily based at the Pullman, you may be given the opportunity to work your magic at the Ibis Adelaide, a premium economy hotel, with 311 rooms and a team that delivers great service for everyone from sightseers to superstars.



The hotel is performing well and is currently building up the team to ensure our guests receive only the best during their stays. Our kitchen team produce high quality buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch and dinner and a range of small conference / banquet options.

Who are you?

- You are a qualified chef with experience in a similar level, leading the pass and the team, wanting to build a career with Accor hotels.
- You are happy to work across both hotels as required, with the start being focused and the main base being Pullman Adelaide.
- You have flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
- You are a people person, and understand that good working relationships and teamwork are key ingredients to every mouth-watering plate of food that leaves the kitchen
