About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef De Partie to join our team in providing top class food to the 40,000 thousand members and patrons who visit our venue in the heart of Western Sydney. You will have the opportunity to thrive in a variety of outlets including but not limited to: K’s Noodle Bar, Jack's Bar and Grill, Bistro, and our new premium café outlet.

About you:





- Relevant trade qualifications & experience in commercial cooking (highly desirable)
- Experience as Chef De Partie, Commi Chef or similar position in a hotel, restaurant or club environment.
- Highly reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Good knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations.
- Knowledge of workplace, health and safety procedures in a kitchen.
- Flexibility to work around a 24/7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- RSA/ RCG or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.
