What you will be doing:
- Ensuring all food produced is in line with departmental standards and kitchen recipes
- Preparing and cooking all food orders with a sense of urgency
- Organising an assigned section and ensuring it runs efficiently and productively
- Ensuring the area of work is kept clean at all times in accordance with health regulations
- Working closely with senior chefs to develop menus
- Working within a team setting

Your experience and skills include:

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- A commercial cookery qualification with previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment for at least 3 years post-apprenticeship.




- Experience providing quality food and presentation of all dishes
- Knowledge of WHS and food safety policies and procedures
- Relevant food preparation and service knowledge
- The ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management skills
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
