We are looking for chefs who have either already had experience in a leadership/ demi chef role or who are ready to step up from commis chef

To be short listed for this role you will be

• A fully qualified commis with a couple of years experience or a demi chef having worked in a similarly fast paced restaurant or hotel environment

• Be passionate about cooking and learning

• Have a positive “can do “attitude

• Be able to maintain a good rapport with FOH to ensure timely delivery of service ensuring a consistently excellent product

• Be well presented and work well under pressure - our breakfast kitchen is “open” and you will often interact directly with guests
