Digital Marketing Account Manager
Connected Culture is looking for our next Account Manager with Digital Marketing experience. We're looking for someone proactive and passionate about digital marketing and the clients they work with.

Our core clients sit across the homewares & decor, beauty, health & wellness sectors. We are proud of the fantastic results we achieve for our clients and the relationship of trust they have in us. Our Sydney head office is located in the heart of beautiful Mosman, just a 2 minute walk to cafes and restaurants in Split Junction or a short walk to Balmoral beach. The role:
Our Account Managers act as a point of contact for their clients, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships and are always striving to find the services that best fit the client's individual needs. They will also assist our company by collecting information, such as testimonials, processing and analysing client data and feedback, identifying industry trends or researching and compiling sales leads.
You will need exceptional communication and problem-solving skills as well as an understanding of Digital Marketing to succeed in this position. You should be resourceful, analytical,
adaptable, and organised with the ability to build rapport with clients.
The ideal candidate will manage the company's client portfolio to help clients improve their digital marketing activity. This individual will create digital projects to meet customer needs and serve as a point of contact for a customer's digital needs.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day client relationships, projects and expectations
- Working with your team to create and drive effective digital marketing plans and strategies.
- Involvement in content ideation and creating marketing content calendars (Emails, Social, Paid platforms)
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Collecting and analysing data to improve performance
- Maintaining updated knowledge of the digital media environment
- Prepare and present reporting for the client as needed monthly
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Identifying industry trends
- Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
- Acting as an advocate with a focus on improving the client experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications, or related field
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to determine strategies based on data
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Must have working rights in Australia. No Sponsorship is available for this role.
- Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail are critical
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within Connected Culture, your team hub and clients
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends
- Basic Content creation skills
- Understanding of online marketing tools, including Canva, Klaviyo, Later Mailchimp and Google Analytics
- Experience implementing basic Google Ads or Social Paid campaigns would be an advantage but not essential.
