We are working on a Duty Manager position with a chain that has the potential to pop and become a big name across Australia.

As a Duty Manager you will be seeking feedback from customers to improve daily service and offerings so being at the forefront of service and building rapport with regulars is key to being a successful leader in this role.
You will wonder under the wing of a proven Manager who will has the ability to take you to new heights, if you're reliable about progression and development
If you have cafe and coffee experience then that's a bonus, but at this stage not essential. Our client is looking for a leader who has a background working for groups small or large, ideally someone who has a record working in cafes, pubs, and fast food restaurants.
