Job Description

What you will be doing:

Provision of friendly and efficient food and beverage service that meets the guests’ expectations.

Your daily mission will include:

- Perform the tasks of order taking and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
- Taking orders, ensure following sequence of service to a 5 star standard.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy by following a hygienic food service techniques during service.
- Take responsibility for your designated area / section and station.
- Promptly answer the telephone and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.

Qualifications

Your experience, skills and

qualifications

include:





You will ideally have previous experience as a food & beverage server. A la carte service, bar and banquets and events experience are valued, however not essential. In addition:

- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Hold a valid RSA in South Australia
- The ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
