Food and Beverage Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our longstanding client is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a large team delivering service execellence at significant scale. The ideal candidate will have multiple years experience in the successful execution of events catering for 1000+ guests whilst also understanding the subtle and refined elements of more intemate, fine dining service.

About the role:

- Manage all F&B; and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards across all venues and events for up to an average of 1800 guests per day across multiple spaces




- Manage department costs for labour and COG's within budgeted guidelines
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B; team by recruiting, training and evaluating talented employees
- Lead a team of up to 30 staff to ensure standards comparable to hatted restaurants
- Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
- Engage in effective, efficient, communication and encourage an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous industry experience working in a premium, corporate or hotel environment
- Previous experience managing a multifaceted organisation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- NSW RSA will be required
