This rare and exciting role exists in our growing, independent, Sydney-based company hinged on devoted hospitality, originality, and positive times.

Who are we?

Swillhouse is responsible for some of the most revered and beloved venues in the country; Shady Pines Saloon, The Baxter Inn, Frankie’s Pizza By The Slice, Restaurant Hubert and Alberto’s Lounge. Currently, Swillhouse is in the development stages of launching a gloriously appointed new venue in The Rocks, as well as a globally focussed, new print publication, Swill . The successful candidate will manage the marketing practices for Swillhouse’s bill of businesses, events, eCom and more.

This role will see you receiving a vast spread of ideas, utilising your skills in both multi-tasking and innovative marketing techniques to meet objectives, audit current practice,



suggest strategic improvements and facilitate the vision of Swillhouse’ Creative Director, Art and Editorial team. Fun and collaborative working environment, exceptional benefits, and professional growth all come incumbent in the gig.

You will;

- Coordinate marketing strategy unique to the Swillhouse company vision and individual business objectives thereunder.
- Create beautiful, expressive content.
- Drive media interest, online presence and database.
- Be resourceful, enthusiastic, elastic, and experienced.
- Have exceptional organisation, administration and coordination skills.
