- An exclusive kitchen is requiring an elite Pastry chef to join the ranks of a hatted kitchen
- Very busy kitchen so ability to work well under pressure is essential




- A thorough understanding of the role and ability to take direction and execute tasks required
- Standard 4-day week but dependant on events

You

- A punctual, organised pastry chef required
- Experience in peak level pastry kitchens essential
- Can work positively & effectively as part of a high performing team
- Has experience maintaining the highest standards of work, hygiene, efficiency and health & safety
- Has a desire to learn, develop and master their craft
