ABOUT THE ROLE:

JRM Have been engaged to fill a key leadership position at this popular Sydney venue, this role requires a hands-on professional that is food and service focused to take the offering to a new level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated hospitality professional to advance their career.

The role:

- Responsible for the day-to-day management in a community-focused, well-established business
- Management of the Restaurant team, through leadership and training including recruitment and development of the team
- Maintaining positive work environment and team culture




- Collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver high quality offering
- Drive standards of excellence of both food and service across the restaurant

What we are looking for:

- A strong hands on, operationally minded Restaurant Manager
- A friendly, positive and outgoing personality - to lead a team by example
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a food and beverage focused venue
- A passion for training and development of junior reports
- Previous solid experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager will be considered
