Job Description

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role will be responsible for the following:

- Develop engaging & innovative dining experiences
- Liaise with the marketing team to promote the restaurant
- Maintain the ambiance of the guest dining areas
- Empower the team to animate the food & beverage experience
- Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire a team of hospitality superstars
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate restaurant and hotel liquor licensing guidelines, house management policies & food safety standards
- Establish procedures, processes and accurate information that support key financial objectives, manage department budgets and keep accurate records

Qualifications





- NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a food & beverage outlet
- Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits & cocktails
- Proven capability in creating a positive & productive work workplace
- Micros knowledge desirable
