The restaurant is a leading provider of premium dining experiences in the CDB. They pride themselves on their stunning venue, premium menu, and dedicated team, which have earned them rave reviews and a popular waitlist.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sommelier to join their team. In this role, the Sommelier will lead the beverage operations and play a key role in showcasing their offerings to guests.
The Sommelier will work closely with their passionate and skilled team to ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience.

About the role:

Showcasing their offerings to guests and providing excellent customer service.

Making recommendations to guests based on their preferences.





Managing stocktake and inventory management.

Training and mentoring staff to ensure they deliver high-quality service.

Staying up-to-date on beverage trends and industry developments.

About you:

WSET 2 certification (minimum).

RSA certification.

Product knowledge and confident ambassadorship for all things beverage.

Up-to-date knowledge on beverage trends.

Experience in bar management and staff training.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.
