Job Description

We are seeking a part time Spa & Wellness Coordinator to join the professional and experienced team at Elysia Wellness Retreat.

In this role you will:

- Answer phones & book appointments
- Greet clients and assist them during their visit
- Provide information to clients regarding spa services and memberships
- Ensure the spa operations run smoothly
- Assist with ordering inventory as needed
- Promote spa services

Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 + years experience in a spa or customer service environment
- A passion for and commitment to delivering exceptional, pro-active service
- Friendly,



outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
- Experience working independently and as part of an energetic, hands on team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work 23 hours per week, Thursday - Saturday (with the opportunity for additional shifts)
