This Venue Manager role requires you to be the ultimate hospitality professional able to make each and every guest feel special and have the ability to implement performance management plans, lead team meetings and develop business plans to manage KPIs to grow the future success of the business.
A hands-on approach to management will be key,
with a transparent focus on delivering high standards of customer service and developing effective teams of up to 50 staff in a high energy operation.
