About the Role

We are seeking candidates who have a genuine interest in working within a framework for recovery orientated practice. We are looking for candidates who can think creatively, who are solution focussed and can work as part of a team that is committed to supporting consumers to achieve their recovery goals. If you are compassionate, committed to consumer rehab and recovery and have a good sense of humour, then this may well be the team for you.

In partnership with the multi-disciplinary team you will provide a high standard of clinical assessment, and support to consumers and carers. The ANUM role involves delivering case management using the Strengths Model approach to an allocated caseload and providing psychiatric nursing specific interventions. You will provide shift leadership to the team, demonstrate discipline specific and recovery-focused case management expertise, and provide supervision to staff and students.

Classifications for this position will range from RPN Grade 3 NP83 - NP74 ($103,724 - $107,213 per annum pro rata).

Your Contribution

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in nursing which meets the registration requirements of AHPRA, Division 1 or 3,



and a current Practicing Certificate.

Post registration qualification in relevant area of specialty.

Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in mental health.

Must have a current Victorian driver’s license.

Current national criminal history check, or willing to obtain

Footbridge Community Care Unit (CCU) through a multidisciplinary team approach provides ongoing specialist treatment and support to meet the identified needs of consumers who suffer with a reliable mental illness, and associated high level of disability in the City of Yarra and Boroondara.

The service operates within the principles of recovery orientated practice, specifically the strengths model. Footbridge is a progressive service and the team are forward thinking, innovative and highly motivated to support consumers in their recovery.





This is an exciting time to join the Footbridge team and be part of a service review which is focusing on model of care, systems and structure. Every member of the team is encouraged to participate in this process of review.
