We are looking for a motivated and hands-on clinical expert with excellent leadership and communication skills to pursue a career opportunity at our 111 bed St Joseph's Residential Aged Care home. As a Care Manager, you will act as the clinical lead to ensure delivery of quality clinical and person centred care for our residents. You would be joining a strong, stable team that comprises Residential Manager, Care Manager (2 in this home) and Quality & Education Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

- Develop and lead clinical care staff to focus on a culture of continual improvement and quality
- Ensure the home complies with Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Ensure high quality resident care is consistently delivered throughout the home to all residents including updating of care plans,



wound reviews and medication overview, and more

- Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated work experience as a Clinical Care Manager
- Extensive knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care home
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment
- Covid vaccination x 3
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
