Clinical Care Coordinator

The role:

- Work with an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing & Deputy who will provide you with the tools to fully succeed in this position
- Permanent Monday to Friday full-time position with RDO
- Flexibility in start and finish times
- Oversee a welcoming facility with genuine support from both the senior management and clinical teams

Essential:

- Current AHPRA Registration - Registered Nurse




- 5+ years experience in an aged care facility
- Ability to lead a team of RNs & Care staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for Aged Care and a desire to progress as a leader
