About the Role

- This role works autonomously within the healthcare team structure and is pivotal in the planning, managing and delivering of addiction specialist nursing care.
- Provides clinical leadership for professional and clinical practice, education and research and supports in management activities including portfolio responsibilities.
- Utilise knowledge and critical judgement to manage/change the nursing model or other relevant model of care to better suit the staff skill-mix and/or patient acuity e.g., individual patient allocation to team nursing.
