Clinical Project Manager / Leading Small-Mid Life-science Company / Melbourne

Looking for an exciting opportunity to take your clinical project management skills to the next level?

We have a unique opportunity available to join one of our leading early clinical development life-science businesses. This company are known for their cutting-edge technology adcvancements and so offer some interesting project scope.

With ambitious growth plans in the coming years, this offers real progression opportunities and more chances to create and implement new strategies.

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of multiple early-phase projects, as well as line-management responsibility with direct repots.

This role would suit an experienced clinical project leader with solid experience in line-management - CRO/Pharma setting preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate activities across all functional areas involved in clinical trial execution, including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, medical writing, and regulatory affairs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the sponsor, CRO,



and other stakeholders throughout the trial lifecycle.
- Oversee the selection and management of vendors and contractors involved in clinical trial execution.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to clinical trial execution.
- Ensure that all trial documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical project management, with a proven track record of managing clinical trials from start to finish.
- Experience working with CROs and other vendors involved in clinical trial execution.
- Line-management experience
