Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with a commitment to teamwork, and a solid interest in delivering excellence in clinical services related to assessment and treatment in rehabilitation?
We have opportunities in our Rehab at Home team, supporting patients in metropolitan Melbourne. Previous experience treating joint replacement and trauma patients in a rehabilitation setting is desirable.
As a Rehab at Home Physiotherapist your responsibilities will include:
Provision of comprehensive Physiotherapy rehabilitation services to patients of varied diagnostic groups, including following joint replacement surgery and trauma
Adopting a client-centred and goal directed approach to maximise the Physiotherapy performance of patients
Participation in program development and quality improvement activities within the Rehab at Home service

Our expert team of health professionals help our patients achieve their rehab goals following surgery, illness or injury in the comfort and privacy of their own home. The team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists and nurses with our priority being to deliver high quality treatment and care. You can drive one of our fleet cars, and start your day at one of our Rehab at Home bases (Glen Waverley, Ivanhoe or Pascoe Vale).
Selection Criteria:
Current registration with AHPRA
Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation, time management and self-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
