Currently we’re looking for an experienced Community Worker to join our Southern Highlands team on a permanent part time basis. You will be required to working within the Hilltops Shire Local Government Area, including Young, Boorowa, Harden and surrounding areas and will be required to be available a minimum of 2 days Monday to Friday.



We roster to your availability!

As part of a dedicated team you will provide services that include;

- Domestic assistance such as basic housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping etc
- Personal care (for trained and experienced Community Workers)

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded
- An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essential
- Reliability and compassion for the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Evidence of Covid Vaccination
