We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Dental Assistant (All-Rounder) to join our team. LOCATION
Our practice is located in beautiful Batemans Bay on the stunning South Coast of NSW. Just a 5-minute drive from the beach, it’s the perfect setting for work-life balance, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the area's natural beauty after work.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking candidates who are:
- Self-motivated and eager to learn

- Open to feedback and capable of following detailed instructions, policies, and procedures
- Committed to high-quality work and continuous improvement
- Available Monday through Thursday, with full availability
- Local to Batemans Bay or willing to relocate
- Team-oriented and focused on providing excellent patient care
In this role, you will be trained across all aspects of the practice, including chair-side assistance, sterilisation and reception duties. Flexibility is key, as you will step into any role required to support our practice's day-to-day operations.
To excel in this position, you’ll enjoy interacting with patients, building relationships, and providing outstanding patient care to the Batemans Bay community.
