Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a leadership role?

Role overview:

- Ensure the smooth coordination of the clinical floor
- Full time hours
- 4 Day working week
- Coach / supervise / train clinical support staff
- 3 days per week clinical support to the oral health department
- 1 day per week clinical admin
- Ensure infection control and clinical procedures are followed and updated
- Clinical admin tasks include: ordering, rosters, leave management, timesheets, facilitate meetings, plan and schedule equipment maintenance, testing and repairs

Skills and Experience

- Cert III or IV Dental Assisting qualification essential
- Excellent infection control knowledge and standards
- Strong communication skills
- Eye for detail
- organised and ability to prioritise tasks
- 3+ years of Dental Assisting experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Applicants whom do not have the above experience but are willing to learn and are the right fit with our practice may still be considered.
