About the role:

We are looking for a Hospital Pharmacist to join us on a permanent part time basis working 34 hours per week working Monday to Thursday for 7.5 hours and Friday mornings for 4 hours. HPS Central Districts is located inside Calvary Central Districts Hospital at Elizabeth Vale SA 5112. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of acute medical, surgical and cancer related services.

The key responsibility of this role is to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in providing patient centred care.

About you:

- Current AHPRA Pharmacy Registration and Membership with a Skilled Indemnity Insurance provider.
- Communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff.
- Always having a patient focused approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced,



and collaborative team environment
- Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per Public Health Orders​​​​
