A growing Cloud Managed Service Provider in Melbourne requires a Level 1/2 IT Onsite Technician for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately, to be based onsite for one of their Aged Care sector clients with two sites across Brighton and Reservoir. Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be the first point of contact for technical requests and incidents.

You will be:

- Providing 1 st and 2 nd level onsite IT support for the client.
- Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange and bespoke applications.
- Assisting with IT Service Desk projects.
- Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLA's in calm and polite manner.
- Helping the Team Leader in the development of procedures and processes.

What you'll need to succeed





To be successful in your application, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience of providing 1 st and 2 nd level IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 7-10, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working within Managed Services, Aged Care, Healthcare or Education is highly advantageous.
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
