Gertrude Abbott Aged Care and The Sister Anne Court are our 168-bed homes co-located in Surry Hills offering exceptional care to all our residents. We offer a home-like environment where residents and staff are treated with compassion and respect.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will develop and implement specialised activity programmes and social activities to promote the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our residents in addition to overseeing a team of lifestyle officers.

To be successful for the role you will have:

- Ability to engage with residents and staff effectively
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Previous experience working within an aged care - advantage
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Computer literate and able to complete documentation and reports
- Be highly organised
- Empathy for the elderly and disabled
- Able to provide proof of Covid19 Immunisation
