Do you have a bag full of people skills and experiences and are looking for something meaningful and different? Are you a creative and caring person with a love of our older generation? Do you thrive on thinking outside the box and motivating others? Then we have the role for you!

As our full-time Lifestyle Coordinator you will lead the Lifestyle Team at St Anne’s and St Joseph, residential aged care homes located in beautiful leafy Hunters Hill. You and the team will develop and implement lifestyle programs and social activities to promote the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our residents. You will promote happiness and engage with our residents every day across both homes, working with the team to create and deliver creative, personalised programs.

We are looking for a special someone who has:

- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (either started or willing to successfully complete, at our cost, in your first 12 months)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or is willing to complete it when starting work)




- Previous experience leading a small team
- Outstanding communication, documentation and organisational skills
- Empathy and a genuine understanding of our older generation
- Previous experience working within an aged care environment (preferred but not essential)
