Qualifications & Experience

- Medical Reception experience is preferred
- Experience with NDIS, Private Health and Medicare billing preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Amazing customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills

We are a friendly small team of 3 Psychologists looking for a long term full-time medical receptionist to join our team with an immediate start.

The successful applicant MUST be available to work:

- Monday - Thursday between 8:00am to 4:45pm
- Friday's 8:00am to 12:15pm.

The successful candidate should be professional, maintain client respect and confidentiality whilst having outstanding attention to detail. The candidate should be comfortable with computers and responding to verbal and written communication both internally and from relevant stakeholders.
