The Role - Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (MEEN)
Performing the role in accordance with legislation and common law affecting nursing practice and practices of the Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement, whilst understanding and protecting the rights and responsibilities of the residents and workforce.

Key Selection Criteria
Essential
- AHPRA registered;
- Diploma or Certificate of Nursing (with medication endorsement and injectables);
- Demonstrable success with clinical assessments and care planning;
- Excellent problem solving abilities for a medium to high level of complexity issues;
- A very high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- The ability to role model our Values and behaviours;
- A positive understanding of and the ability to interpret and implement ACFI, continuous improvement and Health and Safety responsibilities;
- Excellent team working skills.
Desirable
- Extensive, recent, residential aged care experience;
