We have an exciting position available; for a Patient Bookigns Officer to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. We can offer the opportunity to work from home alongside working in our head office in Alexandria or within any of our clinics across Sydney. Initial training will be taking place within our Concord clinic. Your job will be to ensure a high level of patient service is provided including meeting patient needs, maintaining patient service levels and monitoring and reacting to patient feedback.

What you’ll do:

Customer Service for both face to face and telephone contact;

Be part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient services of the highest quality;

Respond to and resolve issues and provide a prompt service in line with expectations;

Work with colleagues and other administrative staff to achieve efficient and effective management of the patient journey throughout the Practice.

Booking and confirming patients for Planning CT, Treatment, Nursing Review, Procedures and Consultations;

Sound knowledge of all Oncology booking and treatment procedures;

Promotion of an efficient, compassionate service to all patients, while maintaining a good working relationship with all staff members;

Liaising with both internal and external support staff i.e. Imaging departments CNCs;

Accurate and timely data entry into medical record system Mosaiq;





Maintaining appointment diaries and taking initiative to ensure sessions are fully booked;

Incoming call management, timely response to messages and answering of calls within three rings;

Participate in the identification and implementation of service improvement initiatives;

Who you are:

You have the ability to work unsupervised and within a team

You are highly organised and efficient

You are focused on delivering positive patient experiences

You may have oncology or health experience with knowledge of Mosaiq
