A day in the life

Working within a small team this role will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll for approximately 400 staff members within our BPO business unit. Being able to work in a face paced environment with strict deadlines will see you succeed in this role.

Requirements

Your skills and experience

You will have experience in processing high volume of work with high accuracy and service. Your previous experience in working with EBAs will enable you to correctly interpret scenarios and the appropriation of rates and allowances. Working in a small team will mean you will be able to work autonomously and use initiative to solve common problems as they arise.

Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded as well as accounting knowledge and the use of ADP software. There is a high reliance on using spreadsheet data, hence advanced level MS Excel skills is a must for this role.
