Currently, we are looking for passionate Personal Carers to join our team on a permanent part-time or casual basis at our Coolamon Villa in Mullumbimby.

The permanent shifts available are 14.30 - 22.30 + 15.00 - 21.00 + 22.30 - 07.00 . Additionally there is the opportunity to pick up casual shifts to cover sick leave and annual leave.

As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a protected, home like environment you'll be responsible for:

- Assisting with personal care such as showering & dressing
- Supporting with day to day tasks such as eating and social activities




- Working with clinical staff to ensure care & medication plans are followed
- Maintaining documentation & working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and well-being are optimised
- Providing high quality service to families and the community

To be successful in this role you'll need:

- A genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly;
- Great communication & team work skills;
- Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change; and
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or willing to do fee free training with us to obtain)
- COVID vaccination x 3
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
