Who are we looking for:

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team. As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals within a Residential Aged Care setting

Key Responsibilities:

Support consumers with daily living tasks such as personal care, grooming etc.

Provide emotional support and companionship to consumers, ensuring their wellbeing and safety

Promote independence and encourage consumers to achieve their goals and aspirations





Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures

Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the consumers care, including family members and external healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Experience in providing care and support to consumers with a range of needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field such as Individual Support or Aged Care, or completed first year of Bachelor of Nursing

Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check

Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others
