About the Role
You will work in different clinical areas on a rotational basis, including the wards, sub-acute care, mental health and cancer services. You will provide a high level of clinical pharmacy services as an active member of the multidisciplinary team.
Classifications for this position will range from classification range SW5 - SW10 ($65,598 - $88,223 per annum).
Your Contribution
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

About Pharmacy
The pharmacy department at St Vincent’s hospital is decentralised. We provide pharmacy service from satellite pharmacies located in the ward and patient care areas. Pharmacy service is provided to diverse areas across the hospital including inpatients, outpatients, oncology day patients, hospital in the home and our affiliated correctional facilities.
