Three new exciting opportunities have arisen within our BRHS Learning, Support and Development team for passionate experienced nurses to provide educational support in the following areas: Perioperative Unit, High Dependency Unit, and Emergency Unit.

Fixed Term contracts until 31/12/2023

Perioperative Unit – 32.0 hours per fortnight

High Dependency Unit – 48.0 hours per fortnight

Emergency Unit – 32.0 hours per fortnight

About the position:





In this role you will provide high levels of clinical and professional support to grow the professional standards of our nursing workforce and other clinical domains as required. In particular, you will provide specialist support to nurses undertaking their postgraduate studies including clinical assessments as required.

If you are an enthusiastic and talented nurse specialist, eager to support our nursing workforce this is a great opportunity for you.

Key criteria required:

- Recent nursing experience appropriate to specialty area
- Post graduate qualifications in the areas of Emergency, Critical Care or Perioperative Nursing.
- Demonstrated competence in Emergency/Critical Care/ Perioperative Clinical Nursing assessment and evaluation of care
- Proven understanding and demonstration of the delivery of patient centred care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage with staff to achieve identified objectives.
