Duties and responsibilities

- Chronic disease management including health assessments and care plans
- Immunisation including childhood and travel vaccines
- Wound management
- Assisting with various treatment room procedures
- Sterilisation procedures
- Infection control
- Triage
- Cold Chain management
- Health Promotion
- Maintaining Accreditation standards

What we are looking for

- Registered nurse with AHPRA registration
- Previous Practice Nurse experience is preferred
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in medical software (we utilise Best Practice)
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Team player
