The role
You will oversee the successful delivery of large scale, complex Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs and projects by ensuring they are completed successfully within agreed performance criteria to enable enhanced health service delivery.

Driven by a desire to improve healthcare outcomes, you will have vision and motivation and will be able to use exceptional communication skills to provide strategic advice and direction to both your team and external stakeholders.

You will have demonstrated:

- Ability to work in a complex and demanding environment focusing on team leadership and culture.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement experience and skills at all levels.
- High level leadership, conceptualisation and design of programs comprising multiple large scale, complex and high-risk projects.
- High level program/project management skills, with the ability to achieve successful program outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead,



manage and mentor multiple multi-disciplinary program and project teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a major program budget.
- High level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
- High level knowledge and application of program and project management methodologies.
