About the role

- The purpose of this role is to provide high level confidential and professional project administrative services to the project. The position will manage, organise, coordinate and monitor the daily office functions, diary management, set priorities to achieve a high level of performance in the demanding project environment. In addition, the position will provide project administration support and assist in maintaining key documentation.

Within the context of the responsibilities described above under Key Accountabilities, the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated ability to provide support to a multi-disciplinary health infrastructure project team, importantly with a focus on maintaining and fostering successful relationships whilst assisting the team to achieve goals.
- High level computer skills in a range of systems, including the MS office packages. Ability to quickly learn new systems particularly as they relate to project management including ACONEX, databases, website and project management applications.
- High level oral and written communication skills to enable effective interaction and achievement of results including research of and preparation of a range of documents/correspondence and an ability to work in a team environment developing effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure that timeline and objectives are achieved.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse work situations, formulate innovative solutions and make recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality administrative,



reception and secretariat functions.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise a high degree of initiative, decision making skills and negotiation skills to operate independently with minimal guidance and direction and as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to continuous improvement, innovation and adoption of best practice standards and procedures.
