About your opportunity
Fixed Term Temporary Full-time up to 12 months.

Generous remuneration package value up to $171,258 p.a. comprising:

- Salary range of $145,004 to $150,099 p.a. (HP6)
- 17.5% recreational leave loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.

About the role
The Radiographer - Deputy Director is responsible for operational and human resource management and delivery of complex clinical medical imaging services of a major tertiary referral hospital.

The position requires a high-level of clinical expertise and leadership with accountabilities for staff management, professional development, professional standards and service delivery.

Provision as an authoritative counsel: to advise and inform strategic level management processes across medical imaging at tertiary and primary facilities within the Hospital and Health Service (HHS) and state.





The successful applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:

Role requirements:

- The successful applicant must hold a tertiary qualification in a medical imaging profession.
- Registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (APHRA).
- Radiation Use Licence issued by Queensland Health - Radiation Health.
- Evidence of professional development activities.
- Desirable : Relevant post-graduate or education experience in the areas of Health Management.
- It is a mandatory requirement to be and to remain vaccinated against COVID-19.
