Our St Francis Residential Aged Care home is located at Grafton and is home to 48 residents. We have a full time permanent Registered Nurse position available.

- Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents
- Acting as team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself,



your colleagues and residents; closely following all policies and procedures

What you will need to be considered

- Current AHPRA registration
- COVID vaccination
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain
- Experience in a Residential Aged Care environment
- A commitment to providing outstanding care to our residents
