About the role:
Pine Rivers Private Hospitalare seeking a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team on a Casual basis, across a 7-day roster including evenings and overnights.
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Deliver evidence based nursing care
Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
Ensure patient and staff safety
Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care
Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery

Located on the bank of the South Pine River, our 70 bed mental health facility provides comprehensive inpatient and day programs for our Queensland community. As a leading provider, we specialise in addiction, bipolar and depressive disorders, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD and complex PTSD management, psychosis and chronic pain management. We also deliver specialised therapies in EMDR, TMS and ECT.
About you:
To be successful in your application, you will need to meet the requirements below:
Current Registration with AHPRA (no restrictions)
Post-graduate qualification in Mental Health (highly desirable)
2+ years role experience as a Registered Nurse with a minimum 6 months Mental Health nursing experience
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
