DNA Nursing is currently working with a well renowned Medical Practice in Merimbula, NSW. The Practice is up-to-date and comprehensive, including 4 surgeries, two treatment rooms for minor surgery & Bulk Billed Pathology on site. The doctors also visit the three Aged Care Facilities in the area - Pambula, Merimbula & Tura Beach. Surrounding suburbs include Bega, Tathra, Merimbula, Pambula, Pambula Beach and Eden.

Responsibilities:

- Patient assessment and diagnosis
- Prescribe medications, order therapies,



and recommend lifestyle modifications to manage chronic conditions effectively
- Ordering and analysing pathology and radiological testing

- Treatment and education to patients with chronic diseases
- Individual Care Plans
- Patient education
- Health literacy and patient engagement promotion
- Chronic Disease Management
