Code Black Psychology specialises in cases of complex psychosocial disabilities and persistent risk of harm to self and others. We provide a range of services to clients with multiple and complex needs who are the subject of interventions from health, justice, and disability sectors.

We seek an experienced behaviour support practitioner, endorsed within the NDIS PBS Capability Framework.

Your duties will include:

- Undertaking behavioural assessments and functional behavioural analyses.
- Developing behaviour support plans that are evidence-based and person-centred, where the will and preference of the participant defines the aims of behavioural change.
- Providing training and reflective practice to care teams/outreach support services of complex clients after a behaviour support plan is developed.
- Supporting plan implementation through ongoing consultation and liaison with clients, their care teams and support networks.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- You are endorsed as a behaviour support practitioner within the NDIS Capability Framework




- You have experience working within the criminal justice sector and in forensic behavioural science.
- You have significant demonstrable experience in a relevant field: applicants registered with a relevant regulatory or professional agency, such as AHPRA or AASW, are strongly encouraged to apply;
- Experience and demonstrable strength in report writing is an inherent requirement of all positions at Code Black Psychology.
