We are looking for an experienced Research assistant to join our all-star team at University of Adelaide in Adelaide.

Salary: Casual rates apply at $32.35 to $37.16 per hour

Duration: Between 2-5 months (required from June)

You'll gain hands-on experience in healthcare academia and translational research, with a particular emphasis in the dental industry. Specific Role Requirements

To be successful you will need:

- Provide support for physical data collection procedures in various clinics and laboratories throughout Adelaide.
- Possess fluency in English to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and research participants, both in-person and over the phone.
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11 and Office Suites to facilitate electronic data capture, subsequent storage, and effective organization of data.
- Assist in the preparation of equipment prior to the arrival of research participants and ensure equipment is properly stored at the end of each session.
- Effectively manage inventory for payment vouchers, track research expenses,



and assist with cost analyses.
- The ideal candidate should possess a willingness to learn and be able to work on-site to assist with research development and progress reports.

- Excellent attendance and punctuality, especially for group discussions.
- Proficiency in technology or a strong interest in the field is highly desirable.
- Strong awareness to their surrounding and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
