Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking a Return to Work Coordinator to join their team.
This role focuses on delivering high level case management by utilising evidence-based strategies to achieve successful recovery at work outcomes. You will offer advice and manage cases through early intervention, workplace assessments, occupational rehabilitation and recovery at work programs, particularly for complex and/ or or significant matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain effective relationship with key stakeholders to implement strategies and work collaboratively towards achieving positive health outcomes to minimise costs and premiums.
2. Coordinate stay at work and return to work processes for work and non-work-related injuries, providing the best outcomes for injured workers, managers,
supervisors and assist in managing effective strategies / caseloads associated with injury and ill health in council workplaces.
3. Maintaining a high standard of customer service with our internal and external key stakeholders, work cooperatively within a team, in order to achieve team objectives and work outcomes.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Accredited Allied Health professional with a background in Occupational Rehabilitation or Psychology.
2. Robust communication and high level customer service/ interpersonal skills
3. Ability to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to implement strategies and work collaboratively towards achieving positive health outcomes to minimise costs and premiums.
On offer is a daily rate contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
