About the role

The purpose of this role is to engage with the hospital based multidisciplinary teams for a varied and complex caseload of patients with foot disease in an inpatient and outpatient setting. The person in the position will deliver independent high-level podiatric management for people accessing care at Redcliffe Hospital. The role incumbent will provide clinical leadership to contribute to service development, quality activities and research.

Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with Podiatry Board of Australia through AHPRA. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to the commencement of clinical duties.

Whilst not mandatory, clinical experience and/or professional registration or membership with an appropriate authority will be well regarded.
