The role
Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Manager Office, however this role requires you to work with limited supervision supporting a variety of different Project Directors/ Managers with their respective projects. You will undertake project management activities by developing formal project plans, scheduling supporting documentation and records and registers. You will also proactively identify risks to the project and participate in discussions with key stakeholder on critical issues and risks. You will prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes, ministerial correspondence and policy documentation as required. In addition, you will provide secretariat support as required to the Project Steering Committees, collaboratives and other project governance groups.

The successful person
You will have demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management. You will also have well-developed skills and experience in identifying and analysing problems, resolving conflicts, developing and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility. You will have proven high-level communication, interpersonal, consultation, partnership and negotiation skills. In addition,



you will have knowledge of and ability to apply policy, legislation, standards, guidelines and frameworks relevant to models of care.
